Delivery charges for orders from the Qikgift online store are calculated based upon a range of variables including weight, dimensions and recipient location. Most orders will be received within 5-7 working days, longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

All in-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours. International shipping can sometimes be held up by customs of the specific country. Sometimes shipping can take between 2-4 weeks (however this is the exception and not the rule). If you feel your package has been stalled in shipping or lost, let us know at email@example.com and we will help correct the shipping issue.
The Qikgift website uses Symantec Secure Site® as our security partner. Symantec Secure Site® SSL delivers 256-bit encryption and their internal data systems are PCI security standard compliant to keep your information secure.
There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following step. Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check that your credit card information is valid and up-to-date. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card type, number, and expiration date, and try again. Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

Changes to the contents can be made by you at any point whilst placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to the contents of the order. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures. Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please call Customer Service immediately. Please note, even at this time we are unable to guarantee successful cancellation of the order and advise that you please check your order carefully before you confirm.
Gift cards issued in Australia are redeemable online.
- e/Gift cards may be purchased online or directly from a Qikgift vending machine and may be used as full payment for any goods purchased online.
- The e/Gift Card will retain its balance in perpetuity, subject to the terms below.
- The funds on the e/Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
- No Refunds are available for goods purchased with the card.
- We reserve the right to share transactional information with any law enforcement body if requested.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the e/Gift Card scheme with not less than three months prior written notice. We will highlight any amendments or discontinuance on our website.
- We cannot replace the e/Gift Card if lost. Please treat the e/Gift Card as you would cash. Gift Cards are issued by Qikgift Australia, Tanunda, South Australia, 5352
- Values stored on e/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Yes! We currently ship to UK, Japan, Italy, Indonesia, Germany, France, Canada and Australia. If you do not see you country listed, shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we set up shipping to your specific country.

We are always adding new locations, so please check back regularly for updated locations.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with Qikgift by clicking the Forgotten Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.
We are unable to ship to multiple shipping addresses per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us. We are unable to guarantee any address change requests will be carried through successfully and we advise you to please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
